Ghost Pipe (monotropa uniflora) is said to be a unique medicine. The plant itself is somewhat shrouded in mystery. It grows in damp pine forests. I often find it at higher elevations hiding underneath old pine needles and fallen leaves. It is said to be a pain reliever both physically and emotionally.

I personally find it helps cut through pain. When I experience physical pain, it relieves it and allows me to slow down and find an emotional connection to the pain. Use ghost pipe to relieve your pain, slow down to get in touch with your pain, and to build a relationship with yourself in order to hold and transform the pain.

How To Use: Start with 3-5 drops orally or added to a beverage
